The Gandel Charitable Trust Sequencing Centre at the Monash Health Translation Precinct (MHTP) provides a NATA accredited sequencing service. The Centre services research Institutes throughout Australia and maintains an excellent reputation for the provision of high quality, long read sequence data and comprehensive client support. The sequencing service is NATA accredited and complies with AS4633:2004 (ISO15189:2003).

Utilising the following platforms: Applied Biosystems 3130xl Genetic Analyzer and 7900HT Fast RT-PCR System, Varian Helix-dHPLC and Biorad Experion, services also include Fragment Analysis, Gene Expression, dHPLC and RNA, DNA and protein analysis.
