Experion RNA, DNA and Protein analysis

The Experion automated electrophoresis system uses microfluidic technology to perform RNA, DNA and protein electrophoresis. The Experion system automatically performs the multiple steps of gel-based electrophoresis, replacing the need to run agarose or SDS-PAGE to separate and quantitate your RNA, DNA or protein samples.

Using Caliper Life Sciences’ LabChip technology, each chip contains a set of interconnected microchannels for nucleic acid and protein separation and internal standards are used to accurately size and quantitate RNA, DNA and protein. Resultant data is conveniently available as a simulated gel image, electropherogram and tabulated.
